    The staff were friendly and helpful making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a dream with a fantastic selection. Rooftop pool provided lovely views and a perfect spot to unwind after exploring.

    The friendly staff is always ready to help. Parking spaces are directly onsite. Bed linen is changed every 2 days.

    Our room was directly under the roof terrace pool. The noise level was correspondingly loud - also because guests stayed there until after midnight and the hotel did nothing about it - even on request. According to the hotel brochure, the pool closes at 7:00.

    While the rooftop pool was quite popular and sometimes crowded, the spacious room was comfortable. I'd have preferred more external seating areas for lounging in the sun.

    After exploring the area, the spa and wellness center provided a much-needed relaxation escape. A minor point is that the lounge chairs by the pool could use a little update, but overall this place was a lovely getaway 😊

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and service minded and the room comfortable. It was very nice by the pool on the roof top.

    Your site states that vat is included in the room rate. However I was charged 7% vat on the amount I booked for. This is not satisfactory.

    Location excellent and hotel very nice. Had a very pleasant 2 night stay prior to a 7 night stay in Palma but thought rather expensive and not particularly good value for money.
